Updated: Nov 27, 2023

With only two events remaining in the 2023 International GT racing season, Geoff Isringhausen Jr. is in third place in the point standings in the Stuttgart Cup Championship. Driving the No. 181 Goldcrest Motorsports/Isringhausen Motorsports car, Geoff Jr. has 225 points, lagging Maria Mejia (264.5 points) for second place and Kevin Maxim (305 points) for first.

Geoff Jr. has had an outstanding 2023 campaign, scoring podium finishes at Road Atlanta (Georgia), Road America (Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin) and elsewhere. He drives a powerful 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport, a 425 hp mid-engine race car known for its lightweight body and well-balanced performance.

International GT is a North American racing series that includes The Stuttgart Cup, Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy and The Maranello Cup championships for late-model Porsche and Ferrari competitors. The final events in the season will be at Florida’s famous Daytona International Speedway (Oct. 28-29) and Austin’s Circuit of the Americas (Nov. 2-5).

Good luck, Geoff Jr.!

UPDATE: After briefly rising to second place in the point standings, Geoff Jr. ultimately finished the season in third place. Meanwhile, his father, Geoff Isringhausen, finished in 13th place in the Mission Foods GT3 Cup Championship. Way to go, guys!
